This project includes multiple phases for a local family-owned beverage distribution business at their 9-acre Swan Island property. The project began as an extensive renovation of a 24,000 sf office, transforming an outdated work environment to a modern open office with varied work spaces and amenities supporting diverse operational needs. It has since expanded to include a 18,500 sf cold storage warehouse, expansive landscaping, and site work.
The renovation creates an active work center on the ground floor with a large event space, conference rooms, retail, brew house, and a tap kitchen that opens to a beer hall and garden. The upper floor supports focused work and houses the administrative workstations, along with formal and informal meeting spaces. Taking cues from the industrial nature of the site, the design and material palette support the company’s values and culture.
