A Principal with the firm since 2021 and a valued team member since 2013, Brittany brings a rare combination of artistic vision, technical skill, and collaborative leadership. She has played a critical role in delivering some of Holst’s most complex projects while helping define the firm’s Core Values and studio culture.

As Creative Director, Brittany guides design quality across the firm, fosters curiosity and exploration, and inspires teams to push creative boundaries. Her natural ability to bring people together—through mentorship, retreats, and everyday collaboration—has made her a central figure in shaping Holst’s inclusive and innovative design environment.

In 2023, Brittany received a DJC Women of Vision award, which recognizes and supports women who are shaping the built environment with their leadership, mentoring efforts, community involvement, and the promotion of industry diversity.

How do I become an architect? What is the difference between Architecture and Engineering? Can I job shadow an architect for a day? How do architects turn designs into buildings? Can I tour your office with my child? What roles can I perform in architecture? How do I know if architecture is the field for me? Would an architect speak to my class about architecture? What degrees do I need to be an architect?

Holst invites curious minds to ask questions about architecture.
