Since joining Holst in 2015, Cole has been a key team member on a wide range of the firm’s projects. His portfolio spans from multi-family housing and high-end residential developments to hospitality projects and commercial office buildings. Cole is a skilled and hard-working designer, carefully balancing aesthetics and beauty with budget and functionality on every project.

Most recently, Cole has been working on Boundary Development’s Stillwater Bend. Located in Kalispell, Montana, the 186-unit garden-style housing development that is designed to embrace the surrounding natural landscape and foster a vibrant place for people to thrive. It will feature amenities including nature trails, a playground, and a clubhouse with spaces for working, gathering, and fitness, among others.
