Born and raised in the Midwest, and drawing on her background in the service industry, Kailey brings a strong sense of initiative, organization, and care to Holst’s day-to-day operations. Much like her love for puzzles, she finds satisfaction in embodying a problem-solving mindset at work.

Outside of work, Kailey likes baking, game nights, and spending time with her partner, their dog, and two cats. She’s happiest around animals and unwinds with a game of pool, exploring the outdoors, or a good glass of wine.
