Since joining Holst in 1996, Kevin has been integral to the firm’s growth and success. He has contributed to dozens of the firm’s projects, including many of our most significant multi-family housing developments, renowned hospitality and restaurant projects, major office buildings, and tenant improvements.

Kevin has worn multiple hats, deftly guiding projects from schematic design through construction. His passion for design, commitment to serving his clients’ needs, and diverse skill set are the hallmarks of his tenure at Holst.

An advocate for increasing access to addiction treatment services in Oregon, Kevin has led several addiction treatment center projects, including the 2025 AIA Healthcare Award-winning Fora Health Treatment Center and the Washington County Center for Addictions Triage & Treatment Beaverton and Hillsboro Recovery Centers.
