Tania brings over 20 years of experience in multifamily housing, with a strong focus on affordable and community-serving projects, as well as mixed-use and market-rate developments. She works across all phases of design and construction, bringing deep technical expertise that helps translate design concepts into built reality. Her strengths include technical detailing, coordinating with consultants, and navigating city approvals.

She values the collaborative nature of architecture and the many voices it takes to bring a project to life. Having completed a wide range of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, Tania enjoys working closely with clients, consultants, and teammates to create housing for our region that is thoughtful, enduring, and responsive to community needs.
